A fantastic service from start to finish. Contacted this company just under a week ago for a Cat Flap quotation. They sent someone out the next day to measure up the door and sent the quote out the same day. I was told it would take a couple of weeks for the glass panel and cat flap to arrive but was contacted a week earlier then expected saying they could fit it straight away. Really happy with the service provided and the team were very helpful throughout. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We're after a new front door at home and Julie and James were marvellous at talking through our options. We mainly need a much more efficient insulated door with more light but colour and pzazz with fittings etc is on view at their showroom too. Next stage is booking a survey to assess the exact requirements of our build. We now feel even more confident that they can deliver what we need. You access the car park and show room behind the big car showroom on the A540 - take the entrance exactly to the left hand side of the showroom. Drive slow as the car park is a bit tight but perfectly adequate. The showroom isn't heated, so take your warm stuff if going in the icey winter like we did today.

Got bifolds and windows installed a couple of years ago - did a great job at that time. Had issue with lock last week on bifold door which failed meaning my door wouldn’t lock so house wasn’t secure. I called at 7.30 in morning and left message as they didn’t open until 9am explained what happened. Someone called me back at 8am and sent the repair company John knight Glazing to repair by 9am. He installed a temporary lock so we could secure until correct one came in. Replaced with the new one yesterday. Great team working there always really helpful and reacted to the issue I had as fast as they could! People always quick to complain so thought would leave a positive review Great customer service ... highly recommend! Ten years ago we had a disaster of badly fitted windows by a cowboy glazing firm. It ended up in litigation and a two year legal battle - which we won. In the process, we became extremely knowledgable in aluminium double glazing and fitting. Without telling JKG the problems we had previously had, we very carefully chose JKG to replace the faulty windows and they were excellent. The fitting was done too well in excess of BS standards and 110% right. JKG put time and consideration solving a problem with the window manufactures and their commitment was excellent. I categorically recommend JKG. Their ethic and customer care is superb. Just wish we had gone there ten years ago.......
