Bought our sofa from John James - they didn’t have the colour we wanted originally so we asked if they could get the colour we wanted and they made a special effort to help us get what we wanted - the staff were super helpful when ordering and the guys that delivered our sofa were great too. Was told the sofa would be 20 weeks (roughly) but it arrived early after about 16 weeks which was perfect!! The delivery guys took our old sofa away (which we had paid for) and it was all done efficiently and professionally. Would definitely recommend John James to friends & family (or anyone!!) in future.
