Just had coil fitted and cannot praise them enough.If I say I was scared to death does not describe how I felt when walked in for my appointment.From the receptionist on groundfloor to the one on 3rd floor,the doctor(a short lady,studied Medicine in New Castle,didn’t catch her name) and the nurse (who’s sister is police detective )went above and beyond ! I am so grateful ,words cannot describe it. Keep up the wonderful work you do;you turned a very scary afternoon in a very easy one. Thank you with all my heart! You are just the best of the best! Unprofessional people work in this clinic. The doctor can’t speak good English. results came after 10 days. For treatment I had to wait another 10 days just to pick up antibiotics. They could easily leave them in the reception to be collected, instead me suffering for weeks. I don’t think anyone there is qualified to work in a clinic. Just avoid and go to Dean St Express

The lady at the reception was so lovely and kind. The nurse was also very friendly and professional. She gave me some advice as well as treatment. I’ll come back whenever I need some medical treatments/vaccines. Just make sure you make an appointment.
