Travelled 30 mile round trip on Friday August 19th to buy two jackets in the window (one Belstaff and one other, I know my size so knew what I wanted), arrived at 16:45 to find them shut despite 17:00 being the published closing time. The two jackets would total £300 so Goodridges have missed out on that business, and nor will I be back now… why should I?? Really sloppy, they need to tighten up on their operation, this slip-shod operation won’t prevent the death of the high street, if anything it will contribute to it. Anyhow, if that’s their business so be it, my custom has gone elsewhere.
