    Called Eyan at 9.30 am on a bank holiday. He was very helpful on the phone and was at my house by lunchtime. Composite locking mechanism had failed. Very quickly, he'd freed the mechanism. He had a replacement part stocked, and everything was sorted not long after. Can highly recommend!!
