Awful experience with an estate agent requested a survey for a property. They could not comprehend the difference between a specific structural report and a general structural report. We explained to the agent the difference between the two reports. We submitted the report which seems to be adequate for their lenders nevertheless they requested extra work without willing to pay for it. We have covered everything requested on the RICS survey nevertheless the agent requested extra work without acknowledge reasoning behind it as it was not required in relation to what was requested t be inspected from other professionals. Avoid this scam of Agent.
