Used to love dealing with Craddocks. However, delivery now takes forever. They seem to promise stuff they haven't in stock and take ages to dispatch stuff they have. Delivery by the worst company DX, probably the cheapest. There are loads of Land Rover parts specialists. I suggest you go elsewhere.

Tom, the technician is a magician. My 97 110's catches that release the 60/40 folding seats had both broken. an easy fix on paper, but after hours of trying to release the catches, and having a good few garages either not wanting to know, or giving up, i responded to a facebook ad. got an instant reply with a "no problem".Even though Craddocks are around 30 miles from me, I took a punt and dropped the Landy in. I'd hardly got home when I got the call to say all done.Tom even managed to re use the pull catches.5* to Tom.

I've been looking for a part that isn't available from most places and came across John Craddock Ltd who said that it is in stock with standard delivery. Days later and still no confirmation as to whether it has been sent out. I phoned them up 7 days after placing the order and was told we don't have it in stock and don't know when we'll get it in stock. I've had to cancel the order and ordered it from landrover direct but the item is still listed as available on their website. They have said they will sort out a full refund though.

Sadly my experience with John Craddock had been very disappointing. I ordered a Rear Step for Defender 90 (part no. STC50269AA). Despite this product having a genuine LR part number, this is NOT a genuine LR part. After following up with John Craddock they told me that this is an aftermarket part. I am very disappointed with the item. This does not fit my Defender 90 (2015). After several telephone calls with John Craddock support, with promises of return calls when they have contacted the supplier, but nobody telephones back. I've given up with them and taken a grinder and drill to the item to make it fit.

I ordered a brake light switch for my Freelander. They told me I would need two switches and a link wire. £63 pound odd. I didn't receive anything in over a week, no money taken out of my account. I gave up on them cancelled the order and went to GSF Daventry and brought the correct switch that solved the problem. Then today they took the money from my account. I had to cancel the order again. I would hope they being Land Rover specialist they would know about the vehicle? Also bloke taking order was abrupt and dismissive. Would not repeat business.
