Just back from a visit to minor injuries dept, after suffering a insect bite a couple of days ago which was causing me concern. Hospital spotless, and all the staff I saw were lovely and professional. I was issued antibiotics, I can't thank them enough. We are so lucky to have this local hospital. It's disgusting The NHS are trying to close smaller hospitals throughout the country. Well done to you all.

Fantastic to have this facility on our doorstep. Although it’s not an A&E it is open throughout the day for minor emergencies. Great service, friendly staff and very clean. Thank you NHS, how lucky we are.

Attended urgent care centre. Reception staff not particularly warm and welcoming, provided poor advice about what was happening. Delays meant I had to return a different day for an x Ray as it closed at 5pm. Advice given about what to do in between time was poor and only provided because I asked. Return visit was effective but again let down by receptionist attitude and being provided with the incorrect process for booking in on arrival. I worked for 10 years in the NHS and absolutely support the principle of it. But the pace of the unit is slow, nobody seems particularly customer focussed.

Wanted to see a doctor but I couldn't be seen without being registered so I went to this hospital instead (pre covid). They were excellent! Very helpful, didn't wait long and got good info. These guys disserve a good review :)

Excellent treatment from the staff in the UTC centre - bless you - however having to cope with no access to patient records - come on NHS get the online service sorted for them - there is no excuse these days and what is already a gold star service would become platinum and would sped up treatment times
