My son drop his violin on floor by accident and the fingerboard got loose. I contacted John to ask about this and told him that my son would have lession the next day. He asked me to send the violin to him in the evening, even it was 6:30pm so he could fix it before the lesson. He was very friendly and charged almost nothing. I really appreciate his help. It might be a small job, but it saved me a lot of time and saved my son's lesson.
