I have been buying from John and biola since 2015 when the service is good it's good. However all this years no improvement in customer communication Wow, learn from your competition only buy from John and biola what is not available on wosiwosi. Still no joy I have paid for only palm oil since 7 days no communication no goods received Your competition has not only sent all my orders I was called 4 hours after placing the order to inform me of some of my items not been available. Which was fine and order was received next day For the amount of years John and biola has been in online business with vast experience, its enough for any responsible company to improve service to its customers My spend with your company has drastically reduced because I got better service else were meanwhile it was your company I stayed loyal, with all these years Improve!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Ordered online and chased for 2 weeks for my items. They sent a fake tracking number when I escalated to PayPal to show the item had been sent when it hadn't. Called and emailed with no response from them. Please avoid this place at all costs. A sham and a scam!!
