Rang for an enquiry into stock in-store ahead of a visit. The department I wanted did not answer multiple calls. Finally got through but only to the pharmacy...Been on hold for over 10 minutes and have now given up. What a shame that this store is living up to its low reviews.

I don't normally leave any google reviews but their customer service is an absolute joke. They close at 8pm and I got there around 7:45pm after my Doctor's appointment As soon as I got in, the security guy said they were closing in about 15mins and I said yes and showed my prescription. There were 2 people waiting in the queue before me. Then the security guy came back to me saying that they were closing in 10mins (AGAIN) He made me feel very uncomfortable already mentioning their closing time twice while I was in the queue. When I was the only person in the queue, The lady over the counter said that she couldn't take my prescription because they were closing in 5mins. They should have not let me in in the first place so I didn't need to waste my time. She asked me to come back tomorrow or go to Boots nearby. All the staff there looked like they just wanted to go home ASAP. I should have checked the google review first before I go. I am not even surprised why they have such bad reviews here. Please don't waste your time to go here. What a joke

Poor customer service, I have ordered an item online and went to pick it up since I live fairly close to the store, when I have arrived I went to the click and collect counter and stood there waiting but nobody was there to help, then I went to ask a staff member for help, who was on the phone, she then made me wait almost 13 minutes, finally another staff member brought my item in a bag stapled, when I went home and opened the bag I found out that it was not the right colour I have initially ordered.

Poor poor customers service skills no manners or etiquette from shop floor assistants to management. In an area busy and amongst professionals this place is a significant lack of class. Extremely disappointing and is definitely not recommended from health professionals within the local area.

Pharmacy staff members are terrible and unfriendly. One person was open-mouthed chewing gum as she served me, which is gross and unhygienic. I should have read reviews first as it seems their poor staff are a long running issue. Pharmacy prices are also much higher than others for private prescriptions. Go elsewhere if you can.
