A true gem of a Country pub! The staff and management are friendly, with nothing too much effort to ensure a positive experience is had. The choice of beers have recently changed with Madri and Neck Oil amongst others on tap. There's also a great selection of wines too. The food menu is quite small, however the dishes on offer are lovely and will not break the bank, whatever you choose! Service has always been quick whenever we've dined at the JB, and will certainly be going back again. One last thing to mention is the lovely beer garden. In the Summer this is a welcome place to watch the Spitfires over a cool cider!

Just had a Sunday lunch for mother's day only to find food only warm, service very slow, had to request menu and had to request cutlery for the desserts. Really disappointing for £25 per head would of expected better. Food & drinks: Slow service very disappointed
