They had my car two months without any update, the electronic feedback is impossible to understand, one unresolved problem was just a code that even Google didn’t understand. The biggest problem wasn’t even on the video and still not resolved. Sold a rental car in the middle of lease and replaced with a 1 litre mini car to do a daily two hour motorway trip and then delivered my car with no charge and no wire to go to recharge basically leaving me stranded. They only allowed me to speak to front desk and not a manager when I was understandably distressed at how to get home. I am now looking at a non electric and will want to speak to Renault HQ about the appalling way I’ve been treated. My car concerns are unresolved.They left my Zoe in ASDA car park for two months, UNSECURED. It took a heated email for my car to be suddenly fixed.

After having a less than satisfactory experience trying to purchase a vehicle from Steven Eagell Ipswich we changed to purchase a new Renault from John Banks Ipswich. Dan Jones was really helpful, honest and transparent during the whole process, keeping us informed all the way and even arranging a courtesy car to tide us over when our previous vehicle had to be returned at the end of the lease agreement. Two completely different experiences and would recommend Dan without hesitation.

Test drove the Megane E Tech today as my wife and I are considering getting one via my employers salary sacrifice scheme. Made this clear to Dan on the phone and even told him we'd be turning up at half five on a Friday (so he knew he wouldn't get a sale out of us and we'd be holding hi up at the end of the week!). He was more than happy to assist and answer any additional questions and provide unprompted advice. Although a very brief encounter, it was very pleasant and it was nice to see a company provide a service knowing there wasn't anything in it for themselves. 👌Class act.
