They never answered the phone, so many times not bring milk to our shop, when you ring them , they hang up several times and I keep ringing , when they answer the phone being so rude, make me shock Promise to ring back but never do We have few issues as not been delivered, bring very squashed milk bottles and driver refused to changed and we change company name , I sent email to them if they change on them system which never happened and answer was I never called them and they don’t have my email Never have business with them again

Absolutely terrible service! No one ever answers the phone when you ring, they managed to mess up a standing delivery we have every day 5 times in 2 weeks leaving care home residents without milk and bread at breakfast time. When they do answer the phone and explain you need your order they say I'll speak to the manager and ring you back and they never do. It's pathetic.
