    Although i’m a reluctant exerciser, I really enjoyed Jodie Ann’s classes. They’re enough that you can feel that you’re getting something out of it but there’s no pressure or self consciousness to worry about if you’re not sure or are flagging a little bit. Would definitely go again!

    Jodie is amazing!! She definitely creates a really good vibe. We did puppy yoga as part of a hen and they were amazing at making sure everyone got lots of puppy cuddles and pictures. Yoga was good to, the perfect amount for the level of hangover in the room, which Jodie clearly adapted to. Thank you 💕
