My dad went in for a repair last weekend, it was a gear adjustment job. Price was agreed on a specific job. During the pick up the price went up and the breaks have been changed without any request. Anyone asked for them? No. Scam if you ask me.

Went in to buy a new bike for our grandson who is a little bit young for a BMX. The guys at holerness road helped us choose a bike that at least resembled a BMX and pimped it up for us. Bought a bike for me and my wife the other day and service was brilliant. Not pushy at all, gave us lots of information because we were really indecisive.
