This is not like the job centres of old where you could actually get a job. That being said, it's the first time I've set foot into one of these places. I had heard so many horror stories where the staff were unhelpful and abrupt. Wolverhampton Job Centre is nothing of the sort. Customers are treated with dignity. It's just a shame they are let down by a complete shambles of an administrative team based somewhere else.
