Not a great experience, a tiny bunch and well not worth the £45. The flowers were of a terrible quality and a third died after 4 days. I messaged the company before I decided to write a review here but never they got back to me. I will never use this company again.

I was sent a bouquet of roses on Valentine's Day from Joanne's. They were beautiful, arranged in a vase so I didn't have to worry. They are still going strong 10 days later. Will definitely use this florist next time I need to order flowers in Winchester.

Ordered flowers before mothers day via website and was given the same day delivery option on the website. So paid extra for same day option. Flowers never came and was extremely rude on the phone. Said i was a bully? How can a customer be a bully when the service did not get carried out? If you cant deliver on the sameday, dont put that option on the website, as people expect to have the flowers delivered on the same day and paid extra towards it. Never use the service and be warned: customer service is horrible.
