I was very sceptical about going to see Jo. My initial thoughts were everything I said would be psychoanalysed in the room of doom, how wrong was I! Jo is so down to earth and friendly, nothing like I was expecting. Throughout our sessions she helped me come to terms with bereavement, depression and infertility all at my own pace, in my own time, with absolutely no judgement. We even had a laugh along the way! I can not recommend Jo highly enough to anyone.
