Paid for my appointment in full (£350), but had to cancel appointment due to COVID. I am now not able to get the service I paid for, and requested a refund. I am being completely ignored, no refund has been made, and am having to take the legal route to get my money back! Avoid like the plague!! * Just an update (01/05/2023) - even though Joanne has made contact, to give a litany of excuses, I STILL have had no refund! STAY AWAY from this establishment.
