They were too busy chatting about personal matters while tapping on a personal mobile. We normally like to buy their products when in store, however, we will not be doing so when ignored.

We told Yvonne that we were looking for a gift for someone and she helped by showing us different colognes and telling us about the scents. She was very helpful and wrapped the gift up beautifully. What a lovely team and well stocked spacious boutique! Liam is fantastic and helped with all my needs , treated myself to a peony & blush 3 wick candle and then was offered a hand and arm massage complimentary in an hour so came back for it and had an amazing hand and arm massage by a young lady who’s name I didn’t catch but was super welcoming and friendly and paired white moss and snowdrop with epf which I thought paired sensationally together , it reminded me of an apple tree covered in dew and frost on a winters morning .

Absolute day made thanks to your wonderful Lynda! Came in for a little browse and was treated to the most beautiful hand and arm treatment using my absolute fave Myrrh and Tonka! I had no idea you had a body lotion which is stunning and can still smell it after 12 hours! Wow! Lynda’s customer service was unreal, so genuine and passionate about the products, thank you! I can’t wait to treat myself when I get paid!

I was served by a lovely sales lady named Yvonne! What a brilliant A-class service today. I was out to get my better half something for Father’s Day and Yvonne didn’t even blink an eye to my requirements, it was like she knew what I wanted!!! She made me such a beautiful gift pack for him with Myra and Tonka cream and Wood and Safe perfume and helped me with my hyperactive toddler too. On top of that I got an amazing and soothing hand and arm massage. Defo kept repeating to all the staff that Yvonne took care of me. From the point I entered the store and left, what a warm and friendly service! Kudos to Team Jo Malone for having such a beautiful and congenial rep as Yvonne. 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Absolutely rude customer service We are long term customers, always go back however first time she was very unprofessional as you would like to smell what you buying she said oh well I thought you knew how is smell ?
