Went out today to get a diffuser for the first time, went to a few perfume stores but nothing stood out in quality for both product and customer service. Rachel, the mobile manager, did an extraordinary job of answering my questions and helping me choose the right diffuser for my use case. A very happy customer and would definitely revisit again later if in need of more perfumes. Jo Malone is well known already, but the staff made the key difference in purchasing. Just visited Jo Malone to get a gift for my mum's birthday, Jessie was so lovely and helpful!! She let us try a creme and a lotion, and offered great advice.
