Went into Jo Malone today, didn’t really know what I wanted to buy, but a very nice lady called Beth was very helpful and guided me through what would be best suited for me in what I was looking for, I brought the larger bottle of perfume, but I also like another fragrance, which I ended up purchasing in a candle, over all great experience, would highly recommend, and I will definitely be making another purchase in the future, many thanks

I can't thank the wonderful staff enough for their warm welcome. Katie and Sophia did everything they could to make my bridal appointment magical. Both ladies really looked after myself and my partner as we chose our fragrances for our wedding day! We spoke about our big day and we honestly felt that they were excited for us too. Sophia used the scent that I had chosen for the big day during a hand and arm massage which used products which I fell in love with. We walked away with lots of products for the big day and we can't wait to visit the ladies once we're married to share details of our big day. Thank you!
