I love Jo loves and have purchased from the store which was a lovely experience. However, the online side of the business needs improving. The website had issues during the Black Friday offer of Trio gifts when ordering a full size fragrance. The courier dumped our package behind our bins and it was soaked through. When we opened it, we only had received the small travel candles (mulled wine when we asked for gingerbread) no body lotion or 10ml sprays as promised in the offer. After emailing, they sorted it and said they would send out the offer that was missing. 12 days later nothing arrived so had to chase again. They eventually sent 1 travel candle (again not gingerbread) 1 lotion and 1 10ml fragrance. We ordered 2 full size fragrances to get the trio offer twice as a gift to each other. Gave up now as they can’t seem to get this right at all. For such a huge brand, this customer service is unacceptable. The 3 stars are for my experience in the shop and I also do love the products. Hopefully this can be sorted out
