Highly reccommend for hat restoration! I came to Adrienne a few months ago with a wool fedora that had sufferent from significant water damage. I knew there was a chance that the hat was beyond repair, but I contacted Adrienne anyway as I did not want the hat to go to waste and hoped that it could at least be wearable again. After sending the hat in, Adrienne worked her magic. The repairs took roughly a month from receiving the hat in her studios to sending the finished result back to me, and cost a very reasonable £45 (including postage). Adrienne is a genuinely kind woman, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Although the shape was not fully restored to its former glory, I blame this entirely on the severity of the damages and not Adrienne's skill level. Another item of clothing saved from landfill! Thank you very much.

Absolutely fantastic milliner, who can make anything and everything you could possibly imagine! She has an amazing array of vintage style and contemporary pieces, suitable for any event or everyday wear. Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. She also has a fantastic range of beautiful face coverings available too! I could not recommend Adrienne and her work more, it's just beautiful.

Adrienne is a master of bespoke requests... She is an endlessly talented Milliner who was able to take concepts and run with them. She made this Asian the glamorous villain she always wanted to be. I shall be Maleficent EVERY YEAR at Halloween, and for every costume party I will always have horns. It's light despite the height of the horns and the turban is never going to date. Then she helped me create a Cantonese/English fusion bridal hat. The Cantonese inspired red cherry blossoms on a red and blue structure mimicking a tree matched the wedding outfits and is perched on an English Pill Box hat and golden netting covering as a nod to the bridal veil. My groom's top hat was accentuate by a dragon appliqué with accompanying blue ribbon train. Worth every penny!
