We called JNL in after another company had left our lift broken for over a month with no fix in sight. We called them and the JNL team came the next day, and had a plan to fix our problem. What had taken the previous company weeks with no result, was fixed by JNL in under 4 days (Including having to order parts twice overnight). During the entire process, their engineers were professional, great communicators, and went well beyond their duties to make sure we had what we needed while the lift was being serviced.
