    The worst managing agent I've ever come across. Consistently ignored emails, lied about being out of the office, incapable of addressing any issue presented to them, refused to hand over documents to the new managing agent in a timely, acceptable manner. Abysmally disorganised and impolite staff. Do not recommend them at all.

    All my emails and phone requests since mid Dec to get a copy of the insurance for the 194 Ladbroke Gove have been ignored, despite promises on the phone. This is contrary to the rights the terms of the lease for the lessees in the building. I do not normally deal with such issues in this manner. However, it seems not possible to get any response. (A lessee with rights to this document under the lease)

    So I moved out of my property 5 weeks ago and still waiting to be told what is happening with my deposit, Sharon Blagg who was the building manager does not seem to know how to her job. She is extremely slow with replies sometimes she does not reply at all! I keep being told she looking into it and will come back to me and she never does and I always have to chase her! I then got her managers email who is called Chris emailed him no response asked for call backs did I get a call back of course not he seem just as useless as she is! Anyone who has these guys as there building manger i would really consider changing companies!
