    Called you to report one of your hired cherry pickers, which had been parked on a nearby road for days on end without lighting - a danger at night as it couldn't be seen. Have just discovered that my 3 min 43 second call to you has cost me £2.18. No warning about this when you get through. I'm sure the goods you hire are great, but your call charges are daylight robbery. Very annoyed.
