We've recently used JMS for both laminate and carpet. Their customer service both in the shop and on the phone has been efficient and friendly. We live in an old wonky house which has thrown up a couple of issues that JMS have sorted immediately. A great local company that cares about delivering a good local service. Would recommend them and will use them again.

Needed 1.2x1.8m bathroom done, another fitter quoted an extortionate amount, JMS more than 1/3 of the price with better flooring product 😮. Office was super helpful looking for the type of flooring I wanted, fitted me in super quick and fitter was a great chap. 👍🏼

Can't recommend JMS highly enough. No pushy sales process, just clearly explained the options to suit my budget. They were more than happy to hold off fitting of the second half of my purchase for an embarassingly long amount of time with zero complaints. I have been unsure who to contact unfortunately there was a problem with removing the old flooring and fitting the kitchen flooring in. removing it never happened and I'm just disappointed that when they came to check it previously, they didn't notice that they couldn't remove this previously as I had to pay the extra for this, only to find it could not be removed anyway. We've also noticed some liquid that keeps coming out of the flooring that they had to just put over the old flooring and no idea what it is. Also was told that a separator was going to be placed there but did not have this done either. Was quite disappointed in this after knowing our neighbour had all her flooring done by them completely fine. However, the communication with them recently has been spot on and we are currently in the workings of fixing the issues now that we have found one of the unfortunate events we had discovered after a plumber had come out and found there to be a hidden leak underneath the flooring! Now that this is fixed thankfully, things will hopefully improve now!

Laminate in hallway and Living room carpet. Ordering was good and flooring was professionaly fitted by JMS. Slightly let down by late delivery of the carpet by supplier but it was delivered and fitted by JMS the following day so no real problem.
