    It is 7 years since I bought bathroom fittings from JMG, but recently we had an issue with the shower and called Christina for advice, and to see if I could get a copy of the original receipt for proof of purchase. Not only was she able to provide this, but she personally made contact with Roper Rhodes on our behalf. As Christina has a good working relationship with them, she was able to obtain a new valve, free of charge, where-as I'm sure I would have been charged for the part as it was not under warranty. JMG's service has always been excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

    We had struggled for a long time trying to decide how to upgrade our cloakroom toilet until we visited JMG Bathrooms. They helped us choose new fittings and then carried out the installation work efficiency and to a very high standard. The project involved a total strip-out followed by new floor and wall tiling along with the installation of a new cantilevered wc with a concealed cistern and a new wash basin within a fitted drawer unit. The work included concealing all plumbing and new lighting. We can highly recommend JMG and would gladly use them again.
