I purchased a 1 year old new to me mini. When I received this I realised the paintwork was not to the standard expected. I researched quite significantly to find someone who I thought would take care or my new car and have it back to how it should be. Matt at JMD detailing had fantastic reviews and I checked out his work on Facebook and Instagram. I sent a message across to explain the issues and he messaged back to arrange a call where we could discuss options going forward. I booked in for detailing to correct the paintwork and to ceramic coat and protect the work done. We initially thought this was going to be a 2 day job but the paint damage was more extensive and took longer to repair. Matt worked above and beyond to get the car to a standard both he and I would be happy with and kept me updated of every step. I have my car back and I’m absolutely thrilled with the work. He gave me a great debrief of how to look after the car and it’s going to be booked in with him for it’s first wash so he can quality control that everything is working as it should, giving me even more reassurance. I honestly couldn’t suggest him enough! Any car issues going forward he will definitely be who I go back to and I’m extremely difficult to please normally!
