Quick & easy purchasing on both the wholesale & Dropshipping sites. Nice choice of products from cheap kits to premium brands & dispatch & delivery is always superb. My only gripe with JM is quantity, especially in low risk products like elf bars & lost Mary's etc. If 1000 Blueberry Rasperry Elf Bars sold out in just 5/7 days, it would be good to see more units ordered. Using a store with screen tracking, we can see people are abandoning the site after viewing these hot products.

Been dealing with jm wholesale for about a year now and they have the best vape wholesale I've delt with by far, and also anytime time thiers an issue it always gets resolved very quickly and it doesn't really matter to much who you talk unlike other companies that just tell you the person that deals with that section isnt in today but really they all seem to know what thier doing so you can just call anytime and anyone if theirs any issues but thiers been one guy callum who has been more then helpful and would like to praise him a lot as he's helped us as a shop so much but I couldn't ask for a better wholesale you guys are absolutely great!

Given the popularity of their products, lack of stock is sometimes an issue, although they are improving this. We've been using JM as our main supplier since January and we've never had an issues. Warranty claims or postal claims are resolved quickly and effectively. For wholesale we usually deal with Callum who is a delight and deals with any issues immediately. Our business contact is Jo who responds to emails, calls etc quickly and efficiently. We really cannot fault JM and would reccomend.
