From my first conversation with Jacky after I had been looking for a career coach for a while I found Jacky’s profile and I am so glad I did. From my first meeting with Jacky, I she made me feel so comfortable and more positive about my future. After being made redundant a few months before, I had lost my confidence and wasn’t in a good place. Jacky has a natural ability to get you to look at the positives and helped me to look at what my skills/transferable skills are. As well as her vast experience as a coach she is also such a kind, caring person. I am still working with Jacky but I'm in a far better place now and I am starting to see the sunshine again.
