    Joseph Jr was very good at explaining the remit of his work and what would be required for my house. He did have a quote that was quite a bit higher than the other quote I had received however, I found him to be transparent and true to his word. My original quote from the other roofer had not accounted for replacement battons or fascia boards - which was needed in the end. Joseph Jr kept me updated the whole way with photos of what he found and why certain additional works would be required. I always feel at the mercy of the honesty of any roofer because I can't see the damage myself so the photos and videos really helped to reassure me that I was receiving a true picture of the issues. Also he came back promptly when asked to adjust a slipped slate and he sent me a copy of invoice by photo when I asked him after the event because I had lost the original.     We were really happy with Joseph and his team. Joseph came round to discuss our issue (a leak from the roof) and inspect the roof in order to diagnose the problem, which was a leak in the lead valley. He talked us through our options and we felt confident with his professional opinion. We had to wait a few weeks until he was available but were happy to do so in order to have a reputable roofer do the job. It took one day to complete the job and Joseph and his team worked hard to get the job done and we feel confident that the leak is now fixed. I would recommended for a high quality job.

    in April 2022 J Junior Contractors worked on roof next door to my house. We moved our car as requested but the windows at back of our house were understandably covered in red brick dust. Worker came round to clean with jet wash but unfortunately left multiple marks on our paving where the jet wash had crisscrossed our slabs. J Junior made two appts with me to return to assess the mess but still has not come round ?? Service: Roof damage repair
