Had this guy to come look at my dryer as it wasn't doing its job. He told me the problem after a few seconds, so I thought great. He came back around 3 weeks later to change the part. I soon got a load in and noticed it still wasn't doing its job. I messaged him and he suggest I had over filled it or a fault with the belt. Refusing to pay another £60 call out charge I took it apart and found the issue he hadn't clicked together some wires. So back together and again still not working. No response from him. turns out that when he fitted the new pully he never put the belt back on it. So not only did he not check his work he was all so hard to get in contact with. I definitely would not recommend. So now I have to get the belt put back on the pully which is no easy job! Service: Dryer repair

Amazing service! Cannot recommend enough. I texted JM to fix my dishwasher. He was able to fit me in the next day and got my dishwasher working within the hour. Very polite and knowledgeable - he gave many good advice. We are definitely saving his number.
