Such a fantastic company! I purchased a folding treadmill from them in January last year and the service and delivery was excellent. However, when I came to use it the other week the control panel came on but the belt wouldn't move. I contacted JLL and they were so helpful even taught me how to send a video through WhatsApp! Well, they arranged for collection of my poorly treadmill so their engineer could take a look and within a matter of days they repaired it under the warranty and it is on its way back to me! FANTASTIC SERVICE and lovely people to deal with! You usually find with companies that it is so difficult to get any kind of decent Customer Service but JLL were exemplory! I can't rate them highly enough! Well done Rob and team and a big thank you from me!

Bought an IC400 indoor bike, which I love. After a lot of heavy use, I started to have noise issues as the bearings needed replacing. The support was outstanding - talked me through identifying the issue, finding the right parts and tools, and sent me videos of how to go through the replacement process. Definitely encouraged me to buy JLL again.

Purchased a t350 treadmill, great machine but in just over 2 years we are now onto our 3rd power board, first replacement fitted less than a year ago and being told there is no guarantee on that part as it was fitted during original warranty, but will be a years guarantee on the new one if we buy it. Surely every part should have a years guarantee. To replace the power board twice in such a short time makes the treadmill quite unreliable.

Bought two spin bikes (IC300 Pro) from JLL, they are excellently put together and ideal for home use. We have been using them with Les Mills RPM and they offer good resistance and are very comfortable to use. I did have a slight issue with one of the pedals which JLL dealt with super quick and dispatched a new part (no questions) straight away. I have every confidence these bikes will serve us well!

Review of JLL ic 300 pro bike. Had it a month and v impressed. Very solid stable machine, would say its commercial grade or v close. Straightforward to assemble, although might need a couple of people it’s around 30kg. The operation is very smooth and silent, resistance range is good and monitor covers all the basics- except bluetooth. Can’t imagine needing a higher spec bike so going more expensive it’s probably just for the monitor. I’m v pleased with it, think of it as a serious peleton level piece of kit but at much lower price point.

Terrible products and terrible staff. Avoid at all costs. Terrible products, terrible quality, terrible complaints procedures, terrible staff. I purchased a >£500 treadmill via their eBay account. It broke in less than 7 months, and they're blaming dust. They're laughable. I've had to resort to contacting my credit card bank to request a chargeback because their products are not fit for purpose andnthe lowest quality. Do not use this company. Update: 28/02/2023. I just had jll fitness call me (11:30am) and blackmail me to remove this review otherwise they wouldn't issue me the parts they suspect have failed and cause their product to become obsolete. This is the service they find acceptable - blackmailing, bullying and harassment. Its disgusting. Date of experience: 27 February 2023 Update 15/04/2023 - Having gone through this company's complaints team and requested they comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they are now refusing to respond to my emails and refusing to answer any of my questions. This is the service you can expect from the unscrupulous company and the unscrupulous employees. They won't even confirm the address of their head office. I repeat: do not buy from this company - they will do everything they can to avoid complying with their legal obligations under UK legislation, including ignoring you! This company and their employees are the most repulsive, uneducated and unbearably incompetent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They will contact you without a written paper trail and threaten you, and then complain at any reviews you leave and have them removed - because you cant prove their bullying and harassment - and that's why they have more positive than negative reviews. They sell cheap Chinese manufactured products that they dont even know the componentss and specs of. Don't waste your time, money and enegerybon these scammers.

I bought an exercise bike from JLL about three years ago. I have used it every day for an hour since then and I am very happy with its performance. I have found it to be of a sturdy construction but as you would expect some maintenance has been needed. The support from the company has been good, ensuring that replacement parts are readily available.
