Wanted to give 0 stars but not possible. JLA are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life, both personally and through business. This week alone 2 of our machines have had breakdowns, as per our contract JLA should be out within 24 hours…they have not been for either breakdown and left us without our machines working. We are still due 4 refunds for non attendance that are nearly a year old. The service you receive from this company is absolutely shocking, no messages ever get passed on and nobody follows through with what they say they will. Also ridiculous that you sign a contract for the price of your machines but they still put them up yearly, we are already £300 a month dearer than when we took the contract out. Counting down the days until we can go with a new company.

Rubbish and disgusting service. Ask for the hell of the money. None of engineers knows how to fix the machine except to change parts to new ones. then they make more money on part sales.

Worst service company I have ever dealt with in 10 years of managing the property they provide to. They do not turn up for booked appointments. Only interested in taking money for extras yet cannot provide the service they are supposed to. 3 service appointments booked 3 no shows. Never offer any compensation of lost time. Will never allow you out of a contract as they know how poor their company is and would lose customers hand over fist. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely awful company. We have a single dryer in our care home that is two years old and has been out of use for over 4 months! I would leave them but still have 6 years left on the contract unfortunately. Don’t use.
