Found to be quite unprofessional when on the phone after inquiring what services they provide in fire safety services but was simply ignored. I understand if you don't know at the time but why couldn't you came back when you have the answer? Now opted to go with someone else who could help me, I don't want to state members of staffs names as I don't want to put their livelihood in jeopardy. Train your staff in customer service.
