JL WI-FI have been amazing, John was knowledgeable, patient and gave great advice on what to pick for my property. Liz was timely, friendly and helpful in setting up the appointment, catering my appointment date earlier to suit my schedule. On the day John was on time friendly and supportive spending time to show me how all the system worked and cleaned up all the mess generated during the job. John also provided extra support to my questions after the installation. 10/10 service and would recommend to anyone looking for networking work done.

My few messages thereafter was still no problem for him at all. He has also previously done some work for my mother. John was super helpful, efficient and tidy. JL Wi-Fi Telephone Engineers provided complete coverage internal and external of the ground floor of our property and a doorbell installation, giving us complete peace of mind for not only our own security but also in respect of my 97 year old Mum who lives with us. John is a great guy that is extremely tidy in his work and considerate of our property by concealing all wiring and providing really professional and efficient solution.
