So impressed with the service provided by JL Telephone Engineers. Our dog chewed through our cable to our master socket disabling our internet. Complete disaster as we both work from home. I sent a late night email to the team and prayed. Got a response the next morning and an engineer was with us before lunch. Not only was he able to reinstate our connection, he also moved the master socket to a more convenient location to prevent it ever happening again. Very happy!

Highly recommend this company again after having my new VOIP phone system installed in our office at our office Birmingham Autobreak Recycling Ltd, fantastic service from choosing the right system to installation , Ben our installer is a credit to Johns team explained everything and went through it all , I’m not a techno fan but was made confident on how it all works etc and has made a massive difference compared to BT standards with so many internet problems , shall certainly be using this company again for any upgrades 👍👍👍👍
