If I could give it zero I would, I have gone here multiple times to get my eyelashes done and everytime they have a done a terrible job and made them uneven. Today was the last straw I will never get anything done here ever again. I even once got a haircut and it was so uneven even tho I asked for a straight cut. I wouldnt go here even if it was the last place on earth

I find it necessary to express my disappointment in the unprofessional conduct demonstrated by the staff members, specifically the individuals I interacted with. Upon entering the establishment and expressing my desire to have eyelash extensions, I was promptly informed that my request could not be accommodated. It is crucial for any salon to prioritize maintaining high standards of customer service; otherwise, its existence becomes questionable. Moreover, I must mention that the staff member in question displayed inappropriate behavior that included racist remarks, illustrating a clear lack of professionalism and ethical conduct. The importance of good manners, which seemingly were not instilled in her upbringing, cannot be understated. I find it regrettable that such derogatory language was used, and I hold the staff member accountable for her disrespectful actions.

The worse place I have ever been! I didn’t get the ladies name but she has cheek piercings and she’s extremely rude vile and insensitive! I went for my appointment and was let down and wasn’t Informed by text or phone call that my appointment was cancelled! Honestly that place needs closing down! Disgusting service the lady even slammed the door when I left! Very disgraceful!!!

I found JK salon online early this year and I have to say this was the best choice I have made for my eyelash extensions. I normally use sticks ons and would buy them from selfridges. I can’t stress enough the difference from sticks on to the professional lashes I had. I have uuispy hybrid lashes. I have been back to the salon several times this year. All 3 members of staff have been great. They are lovely girls especially Jane. Look forward to seeing you next week! Service: Eyelash extensions
