I do not normally leave reviews but this has left me very upset and inconvenienced. I requested a quote from James and waited weeks for him to be available to come. I chased and chased and was losing patience. Then his attitude on the phone was awful and told me to stop mithering him and wait. If he was too busy he should have just explained not to waste our time. It's not how customers should be spoken.
