    I am happy to delete this negative feedback if you confirm adding returning policy on the receipt. I had a bad experience with JJ roofing 1. There is no returning policy on the receipt which they provide. 2. Online also, you can't find that much help. 3. About one week ago I came to have a refund, was totally fine, Nobody mentioned to me 4 weeks refunding policy, but unfortunately I didn't had the right card with me on that time.... 4. I lost so much time in traffic to come to the store a second time, and to find out that they wouldn't take it 5. How much it cost to add on receipt that the returning policy is 4 weeks! So customers wouldn't waste their time.... 6. Believe me that when I came first to this roof supplier I was very impressed with the way they approached me, I believe person name was Astin, or something like that, I really don't want to butcher his name, a very outstanding person. 7. I attach a photo so you can decide how honest they are with the customers. 8.I am sick by this tricks used by so many retailers. I am deeply disappointed 😞 😔

    As always sales are extremely good and efficient ( this is where the UK excel ) sadly after sales/ customer service as always are poor. Bought a velux and they sent the wrong size. I informed them and they said send it back at my own expense. Didn't inform me this has to be done within 2 weeks and because it was outside that time they won't except it
