I've called out Joseph a couple of times now: once for a balcony door handle that needed replacing and another time for a front door lock. Both times he's been very responsive on WhatsApp and arrived quickly. Friendly and gets the job done in no time at all, for a reasonable price. Super professional and doesn't talk down to you/ bombard you with lingo. Genuine helpful guy. Make sure you have his number in your phone in case you ever need him!
