    My husband and I loved our training sessions with Jackie and were so pleased with how quickly we could see real improvements in our fitness, which was very encouraging! We have never been sporty people and have tended to see exercise as a necessary chore rather than something you do for fun or relaxation. Jackie made these sessions really enjoyable and engaging; she had lots of ideas for how to stay motivated between sessions, and was professional, knowledgeable and encouraging, bringing a variety of different equipment each week to keep it fresh. Jackie listened carefully to our goals to understand our motivations for the sessions, and kept us challenged to do our best without ever making us feel like it was more than we could manage. All in all, great workouts! (And I recommend this as a very satisfying way to spend time with your partner rather than drinking wine and watching a box set! 😄)

    Jackie did a lot a research and made a completely bespoke training program for me based on quite a niche requirement - the need to get fit for an intense Snowboarding camp. The training has been great, and I can tell that she is targeting the right areas because after the sessions everything aches as though I’ve done a day on the slopes! Jackie is very motivating during the sessions and strikes a perfect balance between pushing me hard and knowing when I need a breather. She makes it fun (I generally dislike work outs) at the same time as pushing progression. She is also super professional, with the worlds easier payment system, and very communicative and organised on the planning and timing of the sessions. She has loads of kit too and a wide array of weights for different strengths/ability levels and all sorts of balancing kit, sandbags, medicine balls, boxing gloves and pads, steps, matts, etc etc…I can’t think of anything that she could do to improve and I highly recommend her! (I’m male btw - my name doesn’t make it obvious)
