I have contacted this guy on numerous occasions over the course of a few months to fix my high performance Escooter. And on two occasions we made arrangements for him to come and collect it. And on both times he didn't turn up and never contacted me to let me know he wasn't comming. His excuse was he said "I was busy dealing with other customers" He has poor communication and is VERY unreliable. I would NOT recommend using him!! Iv had no further contact from him, so I shall go elsewhere to get it fixed. (Busy or not if someone can't stick to arrangements they should let the other person know especially if they are trying to run a successful business 💯) So thats the totally valid reason why I give this service the lowest 1 star review. If I could pick 0 star i most definitely would without hesitation.
