Blimey. James blew me away. I've been riding for 30yrs and have never had such a competent level of service on a motorcycle. He "met" my motorbike before quoting (for a service?!), offered several levels _and_ recommended the lowest cost one(!?), going on to find hidden issues and fixing unasked and free of charge, and spent his own time sending me photos of before and after works - effectively proving the level of quality and care he provides. What does this all mean? Trust. That's it. I handed over the keys to my pride and joy and James respected that trust further than I've experienced any other motorbike professional in my riding career. Thank you. I needed new tyres and James sourced me the new Michelin Road 6's as soon as they were released and fitted them whilst I waited... he clearly knows his stuff and I wouldn't think twice about going back to him for any other work I may need in future... some companies just want your money but JJ Customs actually want to give you a good service and as far as I'm concerned they have delivered.
