Simone and Tanya were both very professional and friendly and gave me a lot of very useful advice. I bring my 3 cats and dog here. My dog, who is a rescue dog and has a lot of behavioural issues took to Tanya and Simone instantly... I've never seen him so calm around anyone else. They have so much knowledge on animals its itsane! I bring my pets here regularly now and I wont be going elsewhere! 😺 5⭐ service

Took my cat here for a groom after she had become severely matted due to being semi feral, after someone attacked her a few years ago. I honestly thought she would be too bad to groom. The girls were AMAZING! my cat doesn't have a single knot left. She looks like a little grey lion. Thankyou so so much you've saved my cat (and purse) from having to be anaesthetised. I couldn't be happier HIGHLY recommend

Highly recommended wonderful groomers. I was at my wits end with Vlad, (photo). At nearly three years old, his coat has really matured this year. I was at my wits end when he started a major moult in February. Grooming him was taking over an hour a day and the fur just kept coming. It was seriously stressful for both me and the not so wee man. I got in touch with Tania and she was just wonderful. Luckily for me, she was able to fit him in for a deshed within a couple of days. I'm a proper mother hen with my fur babies but Tania was so lovely with him, I really had nothing to worry about. An hour with Tania and Vlad looked and felt like a different boy. His coat was so soft and much less heavy and he smelt divine. He was a happy boy with a very happy Mummy 😊. Since his deshed, daily grooming now takes me about 15 mins and it is a pleasant bonding experience which is what a groom should be. Tania was also so helpful showing me what comb to use for his groom and even demonstrated exactly how to do this. She's an angel. I won't hesitate to take Vlad back when he needs a deep groom and knowing Tania is there has taken an enormous weight off my shoulders. Don't hesitate to give these wonderful groomers a try, your precious babies will be in the very best hands.

You can’t find a nicer more professional groomer for cats. Tania has helped Brie (my cat) get comfortable being groomed and built her up to use the hairdryer, also gave me advice for in between grooms. She always looks great after, couldn’t recommend Tania and the team enough. Thanks!

First time I've needed the services of a cat groomer, and I was lucky enough to find Purrfect and Pooch. Tania went above and beyond in order to make time for my elderly and ill cat - even to the point of replying to my initial enquiry while on holiday (which I didn't realise at the time). My cat was no longer able to groom very well, which had resulted in matted fur that was causing her obvious discomfort - hence the visit to Purrfect and Pooch. Both Tania and Simona were professional, friendly and, more importantly, very competent. They went out of their way to make the experience as stress free as possible for her, even to the point of staying late in order to give her as many rest periods as possible. They are very clearly dedicated, and I am very grateful to have found them.

If I could give more than 5⭐️‘S I would! I took my “wild” cat who needed to be shaved today, they were fabulous and made me instantly feel like she would be taken care of as though she was one of their own.
