My family ordered food for a special occasion the meat was of poor quality and the lamb curry was overly spicy to disguise the fact the meat was off. I was ill for three days absolutely disgusted with the service will never recommend to anyone after our experience.

Please learn from our awful experience and do not even think about booking Jinder Catering for your wedding or other special events. They catered for our wedding in September and failed to provide all of the services we agreed prior to the event and the services they did provide were to a shockingly poor standard. The employee they sent who was put in charge of managing the team on the day was extremely rude and confrontational, shouting at our mum and brother in front of other guests. Alcohol was not distributed despite prior agreement for the Catering staff to to do so, resulting in guests racking up steep bar bills when we had already purchased bottles prior to the event. They also failed to cut our wedding cake so we were tasked with transporting this back home which was a huge waste of money. The staff were also very slow with clearing empty dishes and had to be prompted numerous times resulting in a lot of clutter in the background, spoiling photos. These were just a few of the issues we were faced with and completely ruined the day for our families who had to do most of the running around to try and keep the catering staff in check and fix everything in the background. To top all of this off, we gave feedback to the head of the catering company, Mr Jinder himself, after the event and this wasn’t even acknowledged by him and we were left chasing him to check if he was going to do anything about it (to which the short answer was no). Instead he wanted us to take time out to arrange a meeting with the staff involved on the day so we could discuss and he could decide if any disciplinary action was necessary. Why he would think we would want to waste more time dealing with this company is beyond us when he could have just dealt with this in his own time internally. Jinder Catering is competitive with their prices but please do yourselves the favour and pay that little bit extra for other reputable catering companies to help make sure your day runs smoothly and avoid the headache for your families.
