Huge fan of their designs, it is always a pleasure to pop in the shop on Kings road. With Michele doing the eye tests, you feel in very good hands as she is very professional and extremely patient. The whole team (Kylian, Emma...) is attentive to your needs and advises you in total honesty. So refreshing! No pressure to buy... And when you are not particularly tactful with your brand new hand made pair of reading glasses and break them few weeks after collecting them, the whole team endeavours to trace in London your frame. I was so impressed as it took them 48 hours to get the frame, and change the lenses. Best service ever! I totally recommend that shop, it feels like home!

I've always been impressed by Jimmy Fairly customer service but today I was WOWed. I purchased prescription sunglasses with a frame that didn't fit me well and was uncomfortable on my nose (my fault). I came to the store today to try to find a solution and we couldn't find any obvious solution. I was instantly offered free of a charge a new frame with my prescription lenses. Best service ever. Thank you.

I was recommended by a friend to get glasses from here. Everyone was super friendly and a nice optometrist did my eye exam before helping me find a pair of glasses. I told them I live in the U.S. and needed glasses shipped there. Since their website says it will ship to the U.S. for 15 pounds, I inquired if the store could do the same. The employee said they could and I should just buy the glasses from the store instead of online. He said when they are ready, I should reply to the email with my shipping address. I did as he said only to be told by customer service that they can’t do it because it is too expensive. I emailed them back that they should help me find a solution because I wouldn’t have bought the glasses if they couldn’t ship to me and I was misled by the employee. They didn’t reply to my email. I email them again and still no reply. Another issue is I have two of the same charges from Jimmy Fairly, and only ordered one pair of glasses. When I bought the glasses, they put in an order for the wrong pair of glasses and when I returned to the store, they said the canceled it and put in the correct order. This store seems disorganized and more concerned with selling rather than fulfilling orders.
